We were selling a house and needed to get a second opinion on the state of our roof. Phillip came out the very next day and inspected it for us. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He told us that he didn't see the same concerns that showed up in the inspection and even provided a letter stating that our roof was in good condition.This is a man of integrity, he could easily have talked his way into putting a new roof on the house in order to sell it and earned money for himself. Instead, he did what was right and ended up saving us thousands of dollars during our closing process.This is the type of business you want to support.
