Dustin came to inspect an issue that I never ended up needing a roofer for. He still went above and beyond to assist in inspection as well as connect me with someone who could help me with my house issue. He also left and did more research on my behalf into looking at past permits. When I do need work on my roof, I will be using Black Belt!
Great experience from start to finish. We had a roof pipe that was never properly sealed by the builder, which caused us problems over time. After requesting service through the website, I received a call quickly and we were able to schedule an appointment without any issues.
Dustin arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem the right way. He sealed the pipe properly and even added the missing piece that should have been installed when the house was originally built. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was very fair — actually lower than what the insurance company estimated.
