Emergency Service Pros performed a miracle at one of my busiest businesses located in Cherry Creek. During working hours, the main line sewer backed up into the bathroom and beyond. Josh dispatched his team swiftly to the location within 2 hours. Cody, Hector, and Ricki worked diligently to contain, clean, and remove the toxic “black water” quickly without further contamination to the studio. They sealed the area off and the next day demolished the tile and flooring to prep for rebuild. The team kept me informed every step of the way and explained the process thoroughly. In Property Management we have water and sewer emergencies often and have worked with many companies in the area. Josh and his crew are the best we have worked with so far. Very fast and detailed work, including the documentation, testing and even the reconstruction as well. I highly recommend ESP in an emergency.
We could not be more thankful for Josh and this amazing company! We woke up to a flooded basement that started at our main level kitchen faucet (that failed). Josh was so prompt to respond to the situation and got all his water mitigation equipment set up immediately.
