Harlan is so cheerful and positive and did a wonderful job on my 30+ year old carpet. I am comfortable to have him in my house. I will ask for him this June and sign a new contract.

Max was prompt, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He was very honest regarding expectations for the spots on our carpet. They turned out great and he didn’t try to upsell any product. We enjoyed having Max in our home.
