Today, I had my carpets cleaned. From the moment the office called to see if I wanted to start my appointment early due to a cancellation (which I accepted), I was pleased with the service. My technician, Jordan, visited my home and was very professional and polite. I explained my needs to him, and he certainly met them. Although he mentioned that he was still relatively new to the job, the quality of his service made it seem like he had been in the field for a long time. He also inquired if I was interested in purchasing a package, but I declined. Thankfully, he did not pressure me into making a sale. Thank you, Stanley Steemer!

Aaron, aka AJ worked extremely hard, was fast and efficient and did an incredible job in cleaning our carpets! It was a huge job and he really pushed himself to get it done quickly. Most of all, it was shocking that he had no lines where the cleaning mechanism was used. It was beautifully done and when he did it this way, he actually went over each swipe twice. Well done, AJ!
