My family and I have been going to Dental Arts of Windsor for several years now. We have seen a decline in service over the last year. It is very frustrating to not be able to get a hold of the office directly. An answering service answers the phone and it takes at least five minutes to get your question answered. Also, we have found it very frustrating that one dental hygienist in particular really pushes for you to buy extra treatments. We have been charged for things that we did not receive, like fluoride. We have just not felt good when we leave the office. We are currently looking for a new place to go.

I am so lucky to have found this dentist office. I struggled to find a good place after moving to the area, and after a lot of research, I was thrilled to have come across Dental Arts. My hygienist, Destiny, was incredibly informative and gentle when it came to cleaning. She explained everything she was doing. Dr. Barry was also very kind and answered all my questions. The office was upfront with any costs prior to performing any services. After coming from a commercial place like Aspen Dental, it was very refreshing to get personalized patient care from this office. I will definitely be recommending this office to all my family and friends!

I have been going to this dentist since I was little. Over a year ago, I missed one of my appointments, and I was placed on a call list in case there were any openings (no one ever called). I called again to check, they stated they had the wrong phone number so I gave them the correct one as well as a family member’s to call in case they couldn’t reach me. AGAIN, no one called. Finally, jumping through some hoops, I was able to get an appointment for today (almost a year and a half later). I showed up for my appointment only to be told that they had cancelled it because I didn’t confirm my appointment via text or phone call. They had been calling the wrong number the entire time and no one had called my family member (I’m assuming because there was an error in the system or no one actually updated my information). I had taken off work early and driven from another town to be there EARLY. No one had informed me prior to the appointment that there needed to be an over the phone confirmation, and because the phone number was never updated in the system, they were calling the wrong number. I was once again, placed on the call list, but I don’t think this is even worth it at this point. I am beyond disappointed in this place as I have been a patient for years and have been nothing but understanding throughout this entire process until now.

My wife loves this Dentist office. If Brooke ever leaves my wife will most likely be devastated and never trust another dentist office like this one. Our whole family goes here now and we are all very happy with the services!

Called and made an appointment two+ months ago, was given this exact address. Showed up to our appointment and they say there’s no record of us in their system and no appointment. Then they do not try to fix the situation but simply say they’re still 2+ months out to make a new appointment. Extremely disappointing in how they did not try to make right their mistake.
