I wasn’t completely satisfied with the haircut I had so I reached out to the salon via email 2 weeks after my haircut. Despite their 7 day guarantee they still tried to find a resolution with me. After some emails and some miscommunication they called me to ensure we reach a compromise. I really appreciate the effort they put in to figure out how we can solve the issue.
