I used Neeley Home Inspection for our 11-month inspection on a new construction home before the builder’s warranty expired. These guys are top notch. They were on time for the service we requested of a home inspection with sewer scope. The cost was more than reasonable. And the turn around time on the comprehensive report was phenomenal. They also provided on site explanations and the ability to speak with them even after reviewing the report. We will use these guys for all future home inspections. Cannot get any better this team.
