Although we bought new construction, it was highly recommended that we get a home inspection. We did lots of research and ultimately went with Neeley because they are local and family owned. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with both decisions! Kyle was great to work with and identified lots of important things to address with our builder. We have a lot of peace knowing our new home was inspected by a professional before we close. Get a home inspection and choose Neeley to do it…even if you are buying new construction!

Super helpful. Inspection revealed several issues all of which were explained in regards to safety and building code. Very detailed. Great communication. Made apt. online and received $25 discount. Confirmed appt and kept informed of arrival time.

We had Neeley do our home inspection prior to purchase. He was very thorough and then walked us through everything he saw, pointing out what minor and major issues were. The report was well written and had plenty of photos to document the issues. They had the report to us and our realtor in less than a day.
