When our old evaporative cooler started shooting rust through our vents at the height of summer, and we needed a new cooler installed, Don's Heating and Cooling took great care of us. They were prompt, professional and took the time to educate us on how to take care of our new Breezair once it was installed. Our house now stays cold even on the hottest triple digit days, we have a programmable thermostat for convenience and Don's has taken great care of our winterization and spring startup needs. I called 4 companies to service my furnace within a week. Not one of them had the time. Don's Heating and Cooling posted a Facbook ad and they got me in within a couple of days. More like a visit than a service call. Nick and Julio came to check the furnace for the winter, and happened to find that the hot water heater expansion tank was filled due to increased pressure in the water line.The furnace was just fine, and most of their visit was to attend to the issues with the expansion tank. Quick and efficient would best describe their handling of the issue at hand.What really impressed me was that fact that they took the time to educate both my wife and I about water line, hot water, and furnace issues.Consider us satisfied, informed, and secure in what was done, and what we now know.Nancy and Bob
