I have had the worst experience with the care here. While I liked my pa and her assistant, hence my giving more than 1 star, the front desk staff/reception, as well as the pharmacy, were non-responsive. Over a 2 month period, I have tried (and failed) to get prescriptions sent to my mail order pharmacy. Were they concerned that the delay in my receiving my prescriptions might seriously impact my health? Heck no! They chided me for my frustration, and on top of that, lied to my face, saying that I hadn’t seen my pa in over a year (um, no, it was last December). These people just don’t care.

Great care from nice folks! On site blood draws, bone density scan and urgent care. Once a month foot care. Plenty of close parking and easy access. Everything I need in one place.

I have been going to Wheat Ridge Internal Medicine for over 10 years and always had a good experience with them. Recently I developed a serious health issue and they have been phenomenal in helping identify the problem, making sure I get appropriate referrals and in managing my care. They respond quickly and follow up. I highly recommend them.
