Helen is a terrific acupuncturist. I'm a senior with Ehlers Danlos syndrome and have a lot of resulting joint and tendon issues. She has helped me for a number of years and I'm still impressed by her wide knowledge and ability. She is also a nice and congenial person who will listen to you and treat you with respect. She is one of the best healthcare practitioners I've ever known. If you're afraid of needles or are nervous about using non-Western medicine, don't be. It's nearly painless and is superior to the brief dry needling you will get from your PT. Try it!
I highly recommend Wellstone Acupuncture - Helen is amazing! I’ve been seeing Helen for acupuncture for nearly 15 years and she is intuitive, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Her treatments are always spot on and I walk out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and restored, whatever the reason for the treatment. She can help with seasonal allergies, stress (especially during the busy holiday season!), insomnia, hormonal issues, injuries…you name it and she can help!
