I have suffered from upper neck/back tension as a result of high anxiety. I decided to give acupuncture a try and it has become my new favorite thing!! Helen is so sweet and makes me feel very comfortable. I look forward to every session and I haven’t felt this good in many years. Not only has it helped with tension but it has also helped with my anxiety symptoms!! 5/5 stars

Helen is amazing. She healed my low back pain with just a few treatments, after I had tried many other healing methods for over 5 years. She helped me get pregnant at age 38 and again when I was 41 and supported me through two healthy pregnancies. She is kind, and her energy is uplifting and relaxing. She helped my stress and anxiety melt away too. She is a very gifted healer and a wonderful person.

Helen is a wonderfully attuned, knowledgeable, gentle and compassionate acupuncturist, so much so that I bring my 11 year old child to see her as well. I feel lucky to have found her to support my family’s health.
