I’ve been going to Thrive multiple times a week for the past 3 weeks, and they have been extremely helpful in reducing my lower back pain and nerve pain. I’ve been getting an adjustment and using the decompression machine every time and I’m noticing improvement with every visit! They got me X rays on my first visit and on my second visit gave me a report / presentation on my X rays and explained exactly why I was experiencing such severe pain. They created a care plan for me to follow to not only reduce my pain, but correct the shape of my back to hopefully fix the problem completely. I herniated a disc in my back at L-4. The pain down my right leg was so severe that I couldn’t walk for more than 1-2 minutes at a time and I couldn’t stand up straight. I do not have a desk job and I was starting to get concerned that I would not be able to work. I tried a cortisone shot which did nothing for the pain. I was referred to Thrive by a friend and my initial consultation was with Dr. Ryan. He took x-rays and listened to all of my symptoms. I went to Thrive on Wads for their introductory deal I saw on Instagram-- I wanted to get the massage and I like chiro already, for my chronic low back pain But what I wasn't expecting is to meet Dr Grace and have such an amazing time being treated by her and truly be heard medically and being suggested new things to look at; and actually getting an xray I can SEE proof of my ailment from! Her adjustments are awesome, the massages are amazing, and the decompression is actually pretty cool! I'm excited to see where the treatment takes me overall, but so far it’s worth having to pay out of pocket for! :) (my insurance doesn’t work with)
