I have general tightness in my back and neck, have done a lot of PT, dry needling, cupping, massage, you name it. I went and saw Melissa last week for my first experience with Thai Massage and had a great experience! She used an herbal massage oil that was very relieving and in conjunction with her techniques, I was very loose afterward. I look forward to going back for some regular treatment.

I went to see Melissa because of a pulled muscle and some joint pain. I'd never experienced Thai Yoga Massage before, and it was truly amazing. Melissa has years of experience but takes the time to ask and listen. She is both strong and gentle, explaining what was going on in my body and the how-why of the movements she was applying. The session made a world of difference in my range of motion. Melissa demonstrated a series of follow-up stretches to maintain the relief and mobility, and she checked in a few days later to see how I was doing. Very professional! I look forward to scheduling my next session.
