The perfect visit! I went in for physical therapy on my knees hoping for a silver bullet. Got some great information, exercises that will help, and lots more info about knee replacement surgery. I was considering learning to live with more pain versus surgery. After talking to my physical therapist I am ready to do surgery. My physical therapist took all the time necessary to explain the exercises and to help me understand why surgery is best for me. The perfect visit!
