“My little Yorkie girl suddenly developed a horrible honking cough, like she had something stuck in her throat and she could not cough it up and at times could not catch her breath. Huron Animal Hospital got me in same day and we saw Dr. Seiffert. The tech immediately took her into the back to give her some oxygen to help her breathe better. They asked if they could take an x-ray and I said of course! The vet came back and said that she has a collapsed trachea. That’s why she’s fighting for her breath.. We talked about several options, starting with surgery to managing comfort care in the interim. The vet even called down to the specialty wheat Ridge Hospital to get more information about doing a tracheal stent. I Just appreciate the straight talk and helping to come up with options and solutions. My Yorkie is doing OK with the medications Dr Seiffert sent us home with. Ijust have to keep her calm until I can determine the best surgery solution and where to get it done. It is just very comforting to have a partner with Huron Animal Hospital as I go through some tough And costlydecision-making. When I paid my bill before I left, I was pleasantly surprised as it was Very reasonable. I have a new vet now! Thanks, Huron Animal Hospital and Dr. Seiffert!“

“Just took our 90 lb Great Pyrenees here for the first time and we’re so happy we did. We’ve had some great groomers in the past, but kept running into the issue of them not staying at the same place, so we decided to try Bailey’s—and I’m thrilled to say we’ve found our new groomer, and maybe the best one yet.

Not only is it super convenient to our home, but I think this is the best our pup has ever looked post-grooming. You can truly tell how much care and attention Bailey puts into her work. Our last place always felt rushed (2-hour turnaround), and while he looked “fine,” it was never amazing—almost like he was unfinished.

Bailey took about 4 hours, and it really shows. He has a ton of hair and gets super matted, and she got him completely brushed out and looking incredible. We’re beyond pleased!“

“Great quick nail cuts. We go on Saturdays with our chihuahuas. They are quick and pleasant to work with. One of our girls doesn't like her nails clipped. They are patient and talk so nice to her while she gets her toes done. Highly recommend!

“I've been driving 30+ mins to board my dogs with Mantayo for almost 25 years! It's the only place I still go because they do what they're supposed to and they do it well, and have never done me or my dogs wrong one single time. Staff members I've come to know have always been kind and caring to all my dogs over the years. They always come home happy and healthy after being there, some even expressing how excited they are to have my dog back. I also love how simple they still keep their operations today, just call and book in less than 5 mins show up and check in/out quickly, keeping costs still very affordable rates in today's times. They also offer convenience of in-house bordatella shot if beyond the 6 month mark, daily fun time for around $5/day, a no P.M. late pickup charge if you opt for a groom, which sometimes is nice after a long stay or overdue when you just want your dog to come home smelling clean and not having to rush for a morning pickup before noon. Don't forget to tip the great staff!“

“My dog had a WONDERFUL experience here. He is super timid, and doesn’t usually take to strangers but he loved this place and the people who work there. For the life of me I can’t remember the groomers name but she is Hispanic and she wears glasses. She deserves so much credit for how much she cares about what she does. She came out to meet our dog and got down to his level to give him love. He was so happy coming out from the back and he has picked his new grooming spot. He just needed a nail trim and teeth cleaning, both of which were done quickly and perfect. No one is ever able to get his nails short enough because he has black nails but she was able to get them back enough and he is happy so I am too!
