“I am a groomer and stopped in to pick the brain of the owner of a salon with rave reviews within distance of my Airbnb. Sara was extremely accommodating and kind as I questioned what she attributed her success to. As she worked she answered many of my questions and handled the pet on her table with extreme care and gentleness. I made the comment that her pet on the table looked phenomenal! As He did. She shared generously her thoughts on what has attributed to her longevity and success in this unique industry and offered a wealth of knowledge to me, a fellow grooming salon owner in Knoxville, Tn. She appeared to have happy, hard working and skilled employees and her demeanor reminded me that even 25 years from now I can still be effective and contribute in this industry with a pleasant and kind demeanor. I am so thankful for her taking the time to speak with me and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area or visiting on vacation! This woman knows her craft and loves it! There is an important balance one must acquire between providing skilled, consistent and gentle services to pets during the grooming process and also providing a safe, clean and joyful workspace for your employees, it appears that Sara has mastered this, for 40 years no less. “My dog had a WONDERFUL experience here. He is super timid, and doesn’t usually take to strangers but he loved this place and the people who work there. For the life of me I can’t remember the groomers name but she is Hispanic and she wears glasses. She deserves so much credit for how much she cares about what she does. She came out to meet our dog and got down to his level to give him love. He was so happy coming out from the back and he has picked his new grooming spot. He just needed a nail trim and teeth cleaning, both of which were done quickly and perfect. No one is ever able to get his nails short enough because he has black nails but she was able to get them back enough and he is happy so I am too! “Great quick nail cuts. We go on Saturdays with our chihuahuas. They are quick and pleasant to work with. One of our girls doesn't like her nails clipped. They are patient and talk so nice to her while she gets her toes done. Highly recommend!

“Just took our 90 lb Great Pyrenees here for the first time and we’re so happy we did. We’ve had some great groomers in the past, but kept running into the issue of them not staying at the same place, so we decided to try Bailey’s—and I’m thrilled to say we’ve found our new groomer, and maybe the best one yet.

Not only is it super convenient to our home, but I think this is the best our pup has ever looked post-grooming. You can truly tell how much care and attention Bailey puts into her work. Our last place always felt rushed (2-hour turnaround), and while he looked “fine,” it was never amazing—almost like he was unfinished.

Bailey took about 4 hours, and it really shows. He has a ton of hair and gets super matted, and she got him completely brushed out and looking incredible. We’re beyond pleased!“

“My little Yorkie girl suddenly developed a horrible honking cough, like she had something stuck in her throat and she could not cough it up and at times could not catch her breath. Huron Animal Hospital got me in same day and we saw Dr. Seiffert. The tech immediately took her into the back to give her some oxygen to help her breathe better. They asked if they could take an x-ray and I said of course! The vet came back and said that she has a collapsed trachea. That’s why she’s fighting for her breath.. We talked about several options, starting with surgery to managing comfort care in the interim. The vet even called down to the specialty wheat Ridge Hospital to get more information about doing a tracheal stent. I Just appreciate the straight talk and helping to come up with options and solutions. My Yorkie is doing OK with the medications Dr Seiffert sent us home with. Ijust have to keep her calm until I can determine the best surgery solution and where to get it done. It is just very comforting to have a partner with Huron Animal Hospital as I go through some tough And costlydecision-making. When I paid my bill before I left, I was pleasantly surprised as it was Very reasonable. I have a new vet now! Thanks, Huron Animal Hospital and Dr. Seiffert!“
