Metro was awesome. They were able to come out to service our A/C on short notice. It worked great for the whole summer. When they originally charged us, they accidentally signed us up for the "Yearly plan" which was double the price, but covers the furnace in the fall for maintenance. I was hesitant because I have been burned by long term agreements with HVAC companies in the past. After talking to the owner he assured us we would not be forgotten in the fall, but offered to refund us the difference. I decided to take a chance on them and stuck with the yearly plan. We had great service from Metro Comfort Air! We were able to get a quick appointment, even in the middle of summer, and we felt Michael gave us an honest inspection of our system and a fair price. Also, Michael seemed very knowledgeable about our somewhat unique ac and furnace system.

These folks really saved my a**! My A/C went down on a Sunday morning in late July. I saw them on Yelp and called expecting an answering machine. They actually answered, y'all! Mike even offered to come out that day, but when I declined even offered to come at least diagnose the issue the next morning. After finding that my blower motor was shot he quickly turned around a quote and time estimate for both a replacement of the motor and a great price on a full replacement of my 20 year old furnace.
