I went in the salon with badly bleached hair, Jackie took me right away and go stated asking what I want, my hair was very hard to work on but she took the yellowing of my hair and the whiteness back to a nice blonde tone I love it so much, she do a great job.
I had an appointment for bleach and tone with Jaclyn 7 weeks ago. It looked good when I left, but after 7 weeks the regrowth has this ugly yellow band. Now I need to go somewhere else for color correction. Yuck. People that are good with color don't let this happen.
Came in to have a previous hair dye job redone/corrected, was definitely happy with the whole process and thrilled with the end result. I have no notes as far as anything that could be done better, as Fabian did a wonderful job working with me to make sure the end result was exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back in the future.
