Bella was able to assist with what steps my sisters needed to get through to be able to get their permits done and was very helpful with providing me with all the information we needed along with pricing.
When i started my Driver's Licence Journey it was never easy. I FAILED Several times. And i almost like wanted to GIVE UP. I told myself maybe having a License is NOT MEANT for me. Until i met DIANA! Yes, DIANA. The name that i WILL NEVER FORGET. She is an ANGEL. On our first meeting i was sooo SCARED coz she will NOT SUGAR COAT her comments. She will tell you the WRONG things u do. It may HURT a bit but i think THAT IS WHAT WE NEED. A REAL PERSON who will tell us where and what part we did WRONG. So she HELPED me. She became my INSTRUCTOR in Driving. GOD, she is THE BEST. I had an amazing experience with Diana she’s truly an angel! I was quite nervous before my driving test, but her calm and empathetic approach made all the difference, unlike other branches. She created such a positive and supportive environment that turned my anxiety into confidence. The way she explained everything with patience and understanding made the whole learning process smooth and enjoyable.
