I always come to crystal dry cleaners and laundry and everyone is always very positive here and creating causal conversation it doesn't feel awkward around everyone would recomened coming!!

I’m sorry but no… First impression walking into the business there’s a strong odor of mold and you can see water coming through the half wall from the washing machine, right next to the front door. Secondly, I ended up needing to use the restroom while I was drying my clothes and realized the bathrooms have locked door ls with codes, understandable but I could not use the restroom as no one was at the store to open the door. I had to hold myself for 15 minutes while I waited on my laundry then the additional time driving home. I couldn’t leave my clothes as they were almost done. You should have a restroom at places like this bc you have to spend an hour or more… read full review
