Ryan came out in the cold and was extremely cheerful, helpful, and concerned about taking care of our vehicle. Above and beyond. No one wants to have to use a towing service, but Ryan made it as pleasant as possible.

Rick Schlittler is a kind and patient man, who made us feel like he was there to do whatever it took to solve our specific problem. Because we didn’t have the locking lug nut key, Rick went above and beyond in an attempt to help us change the tire. When it became clear that wasn’t possible, he came up with a very good solution. Even then, there was an additional complication, and we essentially turned him into our own personal valet. Rick is a gentleman.

I cannot say enough good things about Bee-Z Towing. From the very first call, their communication was clear, calm, and professional — no games, no surprises, and no added stress. The driver arrived when they said they would, explained what was happening every step of the way, and handled my car with real care.
