Luke has been a massive help on more than one occasion and always takes the time to try and figure things out when things are off with our complex (retrofitted) system. No surprise charges and B&B is always responsive if follow up is needed. No need to look anywhere else.

I recently had a Carrier Infinity multizone heat pump system and a steam humidifier installed to replace a 30+ year old gas furnace in my 1890s home. Since the house never had central AC, this was a major upgrade us — and the results have been incredible.
I was a little nervous about going all-electric in such an old home, but I’ve been extremely impressed. The comfort is on a different level. The heating is more even, the humidifier makes the air noticeably more comfortable, and the outdoor unit is shockingly quiet — I barely notice it running.

Sebastian came out for an emergency call on a Sunday. He was fast, professional, and very gracious when it turned out the issue was due to owner negligence. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with B&B!
1/15/24 Sebastian came out again today (in the sub-zero weather) to address a thermostat alert. He identified the issue & resolved it quickly, and helped set me up with a service agreement to hopefully avoid future issues.
