Your technician Tyreece was not only very nice and professional, but he explained everything that he was doing in a way that I could understand.
He got my thermostat to work as well as my air conditioning, but he didn’t have the right part while he was here so he’s going to come back and replace it on his next visit.
He also said that he would change out my air filter and do a quick inspection on not only my air conditioning unit, but also my furnace then let me know if everything is OK.
I’m very pleased with his service and your company. This is the second time that I have used you in the last 2 1/2 years.
Tyrese took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem with my A/C. He stayed late on a Friday night to get the necessary part I needed, and installed it to ensure I wasn’t without A/C over the weekend.
I had a great experience today with the installation of my new furnace. Shane from the office, and Theron, the installer, were very patient answering all of my (many) questions. I'm 74, and Theron even helped me bring something very heavy in from the trunk of my car, and he climbed up on a ladder to change the batteries in a couple of our smoke detectors.
