Apparently a $25.00 bill I owed was overlooked and instead of reconciling, they're billing department sent me to collections and discontinued my service. And instead of correcting and working with me to get it taken care of the woman Stephanie in billing, was very rude and said it was my fault that I didn't pay the bill and have to deal with the collection s company and pay 40% to them and keep a card on file if I want to continue service treating me like a criminal for not paying a $25 bill I I thought was taken care of if I ever receipt for a payment I made September 2025 I didn't know I owed it I have never not paid any bill there now I have to find a whole new provider when I have been treated by Dr Oro for years . Over $25.00.. I am very unhappy

I’ve been seen by Westminster medical clinic for a few years now, it’s not just because of the attentive medical staff at the front desk. My doc is Phillip Oro. There’s a reason he’s got so many awards and it’s because he sees you as a patient, he wants to figure out the root issues of a problem before he throws quick solutions at you. He listens and advocates for your patient care. This is definitely NOT the norm among normal providers in this day and age. Even with red tape he tries to provide the best care possible and is super attentive to emails and needs. Without a doubt he is the best doctor I’ve ever had or will have. And like everything in life I know that it’s because each of the other team members care extremely about providing top of the line care and treating the person, not just the symptoms. You dont provide this level of top notch care surrounded by other providers that drag you down. The teams amazing

We choose Dr. Maria Villavert as my daughter's provider. My wife has been to this clinic 5 times and has never met Dr. Villavert. They have to deal with Paige Money who is very unprofessional, rude, condescending, inpatient, seem easily annoyed, do not look at my wife when addressing her, etc. We are never coming back to this place.

This place is scary they make me feel like they don’t care about me like I’m just another client. I will be finding a new place.

I have never found another provider who listens to me the way Stacy does. She always takes the time to ask questions, suggests further testing, and makes me feel heard and supported. She has never once made me feel bad for having concerns, and I could not recommend her more highly.

Says they open at 7 and you call and it says 8.

It is scary that this clinic even hired this person. I saw PA Paige Money and I was treated so unprofessionally, there was no compassion or understanding. I came there to talk about a specific issue and she completely disregarded what I was concerned about. She proceeded to talk about another issue that I’m already seeing a specialist for and didn’t even ask about her input, as someone with a lot more knowledge is treating that already. Then she proceeds to tell me I should take a pregnancy test 😂 because I missed my period (she knows I had a baby 6 months ago but didn’t think to ask if I’m nursing). I mean it would be funny if it weren’t so sad. I really hope that this clinic reevaluates their staff and takes some serious measures about the unprofessionalism.

Westminster medical clinic is amazing. What a gem of a place to find. No corporate shenanigans. My family and I followed Terry Chung over from his old place of employment. Terry is a top notch miracle worker alongside his assistant Gwen. Very genuine people that know their patients well. I’ve been seeing Terry for 8 years and he’s very thorough, caring, and considerate. I had a procedure this past week and Terry, Gwen, and I had so much fun. Great crew. Thank you! The Lyles family

Dr. Terry Cheung has been my Dr. for over 12 years! I followed him to this practice. I traveled over 30+ mins to see him prior. He is so compassionate and really listens to you. Cannot speak more highly of this practice and Dr. Terry.
