We hosted our 9 year olds birthday party there today and they had so much fun! The Beauty Advisor, Managers and even the staff were welcoming, helpful and so kind. Highly recommend throwing your next birthday part here! They thought the full size products, make up, spinning for prizes and hair tinsel were the coolest thing. Add in the shopping spree they all had at the end we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I made an appointment online to get my brows waxed. I made it for 9AM but when I got here the doors were locked and they didn’t even open until 10! It was a waste it time coming here this early and couldn’t even get my wax done. Why would you have appointment times available before your store is even open? Make it make sense.
I always have a good experience. From a while ago; ( joseline, Emily ) to today ( Gigi and Raven ) were so professional and kind. Even when the line was bonkers, they did 110% with just attitude. Give them a treat! Great gals
