I went in with an irritated piercing and the staff was incredible. They were all so kind, the piercer listened to my concerns, and helped me figure out exactly what the issue was with my piercing. They recommended a jewelry adjustment to give my ear room to heal, swapped the jewelry with ease and walked me through the whole process. I am so grateful to have found a place that prioritizes comfort and client care.
