The beds aren't rock hard, which I appreciate so much. Love this hotel! I only have 2 complaints. Parking isn't very good. The front Parking lot is great but always full. You have to walk around the whole building when Parking in the back lot because there's not another entrance in the back. And the placement of the heat/AC vents are aimed at the TV and windows so it takes forever to cool the room, which is a problem if you are a hot sleeper. But this hotel offers everything you need and more! Definitely ask for a room facing the mountains!

Parking is a challenge if that applies to your stay. City parking across the street is now prohibited for overnight stays (tickets threatened) forcing you around back to convention parking most of the time. Rooms are starting to be a bit dated with scuffs. Bar closed earlier than stated hours our first night there, and the lobby convenience store closes early and staff does not have access. Plus its pricing is steep at $5/20 oz. Coke. But Westin beds are always comfortable, views... read full review

Service experience was stellar! This was our second visit this year, both times for a dance convention. I booked 2 rooms, one for 1 night and one for 2. I was checked in for both very quickly and my preferences were confirmed. The rooms are good, though not as nice as other Westins that I've stayed at. I was bummer that they did not have a Bonvoy lounge. Pool is big enough to enjoy. Fitness center was in great shape and there are even saunas in the locker rooms.

All in - I'd stay here again.
