I have lived at my current home for the past 10 years. I have had severeal pest control company's service my home and currently, I am with Terminix.Not until today, was I much of a believer in Terminix. It was all because of the Pest Technician, Omar Ramos, that serviced my home last week and this afternoon. Between phone and text communications and a snag with my gate door, Omar came back out today to remedy a problem I was having. Omar took the time to explain to me the situation and his plan to address my concerns. He was not only kind, but educative in his profession and services available.Thanks to Omar, I will stay with Terminix instead of looking for someone new again.Carole Pensiero
Omar Ramos is a fantastic technician. he was able to diagnose our issue quickly and even offered a few suggestions free of charge to see if we could self solve. I let him know times were tough financially and couldn't afford the full service. he treated me with respect and kindness and if I move forward with any pest control I will go with Terminix because of him.
They were supposed to call to set up an appointment by 5p the day I called. No call that day, but the guy called the next day looking for directions to our home. No appointment or advanced notice - good thing I happened to be working from home! Guy that came out was nice, but he wasn't knowledgeable. Couldn't tell from our picture what the bug was, and only looked in 1 place in our home. Not a thorough assessment. Then he offered a random treatment for something he wasn't even sure what it was. Had Orkin come out for an assessment later (with an appointment) - night and day difference!! Knowledgeable and professional. Sorry Terminix - not impressed.
