Josh and the representatives always let me know when they will be at the house and knock on the door when they arrive. My husband answered the door as I was away. Josh texted me afterwards to tell me exactly where he sprayed for mosquitoes. Very courteous.

I had a Yellowjacket nest in the ground by my front door. The were very aggressive and I was sting on one of my toes and on my right hand. The technician was stung. He also got rid of a wasp nest.
