We showed up to ask a simple question - whether they carried filters for our brand of spa - the one salesman was with a couple, obviously showing them tubs. However he did not even acknowledge our arrival - not even a “hi, I’m tied up I can be with you in a few minutes”. We stood around, obviously waiting to speak with him, he never even looked at us. We finally left after waiting about 10 minutes. Another store was able to tell us that we would have to order the filters online. Took him less than a minute. I guess we didn’t look rich enough for that first salesman to even greet us! Not going back….
