Update: Obviously we have to wait for his hair to grow back, but the owner did call me today to make it right. She refunded our card and invited us back for a redo once his hair grows back out. She was polite, kind and professional. I look forward to going back in 8-10 weeks and giving an additional update at that time. Hopefully to 5 stars with a great haircut for our little man. We had a FANTASTIC first haircut experience for our little 13 month old. He (we) got to choose which seat to sit in and then he got to choose what to watch while the hair stylist did her thing. Danielle is an absolute PRO. Little man slouched, twisted, turned, even stood up at one point and she was never fazed and got the job done quickly and professionally. Haircut looked perfect and was exactly how my wife imagined it (husbands around the world know that's a feat on its own).

They did such an amazing job on my son's hair. He has sensory issues and they were so patient and understanding and gave him a fantastic haircut. I highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon! Thank y'all so much.
