Great office staff they are so friendly and treat everyone with great respect and kindness. Dr. Wagner is wonderful and I love that he stays up on the latest techniques and newest equipment. He is very thorough and takes time to explain everything to you where you can understand it. Daniel is great when it comes to getting glasses he is very honest with you about how frames look on you and makes sure you are happy with your glasses. I'm not one to leave reviews lightly, but my recent experience with FVC deserves a standing ovation. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond the call of duty, turning a potentially frustrating situation into a shining example of exceptional customer service. Here's the story: I have duplicate vision coverage and am able to get a prescription through another provider without copay. I have been happy with Dr. Lorree for years and like to keep my business local. So, I ordered frames/lens from FVC. Unfortunately, the prescription was off. With everything ordered, I thought for sure I'd have to shell out for a whole new pair. But then, something amazing happened. I reached out to Daniel, expecting the worst. Instead, I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful representative I've encountered in ages. He listened and worked to ensure the lens were correct and - get this - offered to replace the lens without question. No blame game, no hassles, just a simple, "We're here to help." I was floored. This wasn't just good customer service; it was stellar customer service. It felt like they truly valued my business and reminded me why shopping local and small business is so important.

Dr Rob and his staff are so friendly and thorough. I have been a patient for past 6 years for all of my optical needs. My vision is challenging as we have had to balance my bifocal contacts to give me good near and far. Dr Rob takes the time to make sure I can see clearly. The practice has so many of the latest technologies and they perform advanced ophthalmic procedures. I highly recommend this practice for all of my optometrist needs.
