We have worked with Propel for a couple of years now (I think it has been that long) and we were so fortunate to find them. Every single time I reach out or my boss reaches out to them, their responsiveness is immediate. If they are on another task, they let me know when they can get back to me. That is so refreshing. Being a physicians office at times we need pretty quick response and with Propel we get it. I highly recommend them. Their service is excellent and their fee schedule is quite reasonable. Not to mention the fact that I am tech challenged and they are always so kind and patient!
