I am extremely happy with the plumbing service we received. After we had our foundation leveled, a sewer line cracked and needed repair right away. Their plumber arrived fast, explained the problem clearly, and gave us a fair estimate for the sewer repair. The work was finished within a few days, and they had the line fixed before other plumbers could even come out to inspect it. Chase was excellent to work with. He stayed in touch, was straightforward about what needed to be done, and made the whole drain and sewer repair process easy to understand. He even stayed late to complete the required testing and make sure everything passed properly. The crew was professional,...read full review
I called Owen Brothers Plumbing & Gas early on a Sunday about a clogged main drain in my basement after my 50 ft snake did not clear the line. Douglas called me back quickly, kept me updated, and let me know he would come out himself when no other plumber was available right away. He arrived on time, checked the drain carefully, found the problem fast, and had the blockage cleared within about an hour. He was professional, polite, and easy to talk to. He explained what was causing the drainage issue, how the main line works, and what I can do to help prevent future clogs. I really appreciated the honest communication, quick response, and solid plumbing work. It was a...read full review
I had a great experience with Owen Brothers Plumbing & Gas for an underground water line repair at my home in Westminster. Another plumber gave me a very high quote, so I decided to keep looking. Douglas had helped with a broken underground line at my property before, and I remembered the solid work and fair pricing, so I reached out again. He explained the next steps clearly, got me scheduled quickly, and first put in a temporary fix so I could still use the shower and basic water service. After that, he returned to complete the permanent repair. The whole plumbing job was handled professionally, and the final invoice was far more reasonable than the first estimate I...read full review
