Joseph was polite and on-time, respectful of us and our property (put on protective shoes and turned off the basement lights on his way out), and told us not only what we needed fixed today, but what to look out for in the future. The whole process was scheduled and done quickly within the time window we were given. I wish all repairs went this smoothly.
