Heater went out and they got a technician out within a couple hours. My tech, Cameron C, was awesome. Polite, professional, and thorough. Really appreciated him putting in an extra long day to fix the problems.

My heater stopped working during a winter weather advisory and I called so many places and One Hour was the only folks who could get me in the same day. Cameron was so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable and he had my heater working again quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Cameron C has been my Christmas gift. He installed a new thermostat for me that's easier for me to use and understand. He has been very kind and generous about doing that for me. How I wont have so much anxiety anymore that he has helped. Its not easy aging. Sincerely Sharon.
