My husband brought our kiddo in for a “first day of school” cut at a different location and walked out with what can only be described as a shaggy mullet. Very unfortunate.I contacted this Great Clips location to get this crazy looking cut fixed, thinking it was the same location where we got the shag-mullet, but quickly realized I was at the wrong location.No worries! Jordan fit us in, transformed our little shag-man into a dapper-dude AND gave us a refund for the trouble. AND she was so nice (even made another customer’s day by remembering her name when she walked in the door..)!Good customer service is hard to come by. Ever since I switched to Great Clips I've had an excellent experience. It's much easier to check in on line and then show up for a haircut. I always get an excellent hair cut from Great Clips by Hidden Lake.Service: Hairstyling

I've been going to this Great clips for years I live pretty far away at this point but I continue to go back because they don't disappoint and I don't have to ask for somebody special to cut my hair they all do a very good job.
