He had no problem explaining what he was doing along the way with our Walk In Freezer and in the end, the issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner. I was not aware of this company before being referred to them by another vendor that gave us a very long appointment window. General parts found time to come and asses our machine and quickly had parts on order. Once the parts came in I added subsequent overtime to get things done ASAP which they found one of their techs to accomplish. At this point, General Parts is now our preferred dish machine and kitchen appliance vendor. I'm glad we ran into them.
