I almost hate to write this review because the secret will be out. I've been an Elements Massage member for several years, and Mr. Kennedy is, without a doubt, one the best massage therapist I've had. He truly knows his craft. His understanding of pressure points muscle tension, and the art of deep tissue is exceptional. He takes the time to listen to what your body needs and tailors each session accordingly. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in-more relaxed, with less pain and improved mobility. I highly recommend an appointment.

Had an excellent massage and have already scheduled my follow up. The staff is very kind, considerate and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The membership option is a cost effective solution as well.
