Ever since Dr. Bill retired the care isn’t the same. They now only have NP’s or PA’s which they are no good at treating to begin with. I’ve gone through multiple frustrations with them. I already started looking at different clinics to transfer to. This clinic NEVER has appointments available. I’ve had to wait 3+ weeks to even see someone. It is extremely unfortunate because I’ve been a patient here since I was a kid. However, the care and wait is no longer worth it. If you’re planning to get established here, I would go somewhere else. It’s not worth it anymore.

This clinic used to be good when they had good primary drs. now they hire people who don’t care for mental health or any health for that matter. If you have medicaid they scrape by providing the bare minimum for you.

If you're looking for an OBGYN DO NOT come here. I was prescribed and medication that is not covered by insurance more than two weeks ago. They finally call me back the following Monday to tell me to call my insurance to figure out what they can give me. THEY PRESCRIBED A NEW MEDICATION 3 WEEKS LATER. THE FIRST MEDICATION COST OVER $100 WHICH IS WHY I DIDN'T WANT IT THIS ONE IS GOING TO COST 300. NOW I'M GOING ON 4 WEEKS WITHOUT ANY ANTACIDS BECAUSE THEY CANNOT JUST LOOK AT MY INSURANCE AND SEE WHAT IS COVERED. IT'S ALSO GOING TO TAKE THEM 30 DAYS TO TRANSFER MY RECORDS TO A NEW OBGYN SO I'M GOING FROM AN APPOINTMENT 9 WEEKS AND I WON'T HAVE ANOTHER ONE UNTIL 20 WEEKS. They also inform me that my zofran and my other medications have adverse effects and I shouldn't be taking them even though I've been taking them for 4 weeks. I just got another call today asking me about switching me to a different zofran since my zofran wasn't covered when they told me last week to not take it because it has adverse effects. They have no idea what they're talking about at all. They signed me up for numerous programs that are only available for WIC recipients even though I told them multiple times I'm not a wic recipient. The doctor is great but every other nurse that I've had an interaction with has had no clue with what they're talking about. Each nurse I've interacted with has told me opposite of what the last one said. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND YOU'RE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WIC DO NOT COME HERE THEY DO NOT CARE AND THEY GIVE MISINFORMATION AND THEN GIVE YOU DIFFERENT INFORMATION LATER. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I'VE EVER HAD IN ANY TYPE OF FIELD.

I am adding more to this review. I came here with an injury for diagnosis, FMLA Paperwork and treatment. They dismissed anything even being wrong with me right out of the gate since I do have chronic issues in the same area. They gave me 2 weeks leave to see Physical therapist, I go see them. They tell me I have a completely different injury, tell me I cant lift more than 5lbs for 3 weeks, blah blah blah. I tell clinica I will need more time off work because I cant return to work with restrictions. They deny any medical need for time off even though the provider THEY sent me to said I cant perform basic job functions. They then wrote me a letter saying I could return to work with said restrictions even though I advised them my job will not allow this. Spoiler alert, they didnt. So now im screwed out of work, unpaid for 3 weeks because these bums wont fill out my FAMLI paperwork for additional leave/payment even though they should be able to clearly read the job description from my company. Theyre trying to say the PT can do it when they already said theyre legally unable to. Its clinicas job to. Save yourself any frustration and stress by going elsewhere with competent staff.

ETA: they are so slow. they will double or even triple book providers. My husband has to go in for a simple bandage change every few days. It's literally at least a 2 hour ordeal. Take less clients so you can actually provide good service. A wound cleaning and bandage change shouldn't take more than 40 minutes. We are planning on switching to a better office. Going here is truly not worth it. Not to mention they are impossible to reach over phone. And it takes a week to get a reply through the portal. I really suggest finding a different organization for your healthcare.....
They make you make an appointment for everything. Need a simple paper filled out in order to get a job. Nope they won't do it. Have to make an appointment for 2 weeks later.

This clinic has really gone downhill. They never have appointments, you must race to be able to get one because they don't schedule out more than 2 weeks in advance. Their online scheduling no longer works so you must call them, and chances are that they'll be completely full by the time you reach someone. All of their doctors are gone, I've been a patient here for nearly 10 years and have had several different GP's because they don't stay more than a few years. It's a shame because it was a very good clinic at its peak, now there's a good chance that you'll die waiting to see a doctor, much less receive any treatment even if you have a serious illness and need regular care. Their priorities are pregnant women who already have 4-5 kids, so if you have a serious chronic illness and are in need of regular medical care, look elsewhere.

I must enjoy torture because I have been coming here for about 5 years now. The male doctors do not listen to my wants/needs. Then they say they’re out of time to finish addressing the reason I am there. They treat me better at urgent care so I will go there from now on, and find somewhere else in January when my insurance changes. Just beware, if you choose to go here, you might have a different primary care physician every time you go, your online chart doesn’t work because no one updates it, and IF you can get an appointment, it’s 2.5 to 3 weeks out. I have never seen the same provider twice and this time I didn’t even have a primary care physician assigned to me. If they ever read my chart they’d know, I don’t want to speak to male doctors because at this clinic, they act like they know my body better than I do. So the 2 things I had an appointment for, weren’t addressed, and 1 thing that was supposed to be addressed at my LAST visit was brought up. Complete waste of my time, and now I have to take more time out of my life to go to urgent care.

Called the billing department because I wanted to get an estimate for a SP patient since Colorado has a No Surprise Act Law in place. I asked if they were still following coding guidelines when billing SP and the girl had no clue what I was talking about. They could not give me a straight forward answer AT ALL. As someone who's a medical coder and biller I was flabbergasted by these so called billers answers. Clearly did not provide a clear answer and wanted me to call the coders because they had no clue when it comes to coding. Okay fine your only billers but don't you have a template for SP patients who are not using insurance and price ranges you can give them. The first girl put me on hold because she point blank told me she had no idea what I was talking about and then the second lady she transferred me to was Tricia G and she couldn't give me a straight answer either which is why she recommended that I talk to the coders... If the patient isn't using insurance why would I need to talk to the coders isn't SP handled by the BILLERS. If I'm giving you the codes why can't you tell me how much I would pay for a visit & which btw I know procedures & anything additional isn't included. JUST NEEDED A VISIT. Plain and simple.
