The business owner, once relatively pleasant, has himself led the marked decrease in service level over recent months. They take ZERO ownership of mistakes, they’re constantly nickel & diming you for one thing or another even when you don’t object to paying whatever costs. They don’t seem to care frankly. Which is fine. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.Service: Alterations

I’m not sure which cleaner the negative reviewer went to, but I’m guessing it wasn’t this cleaner. We have been going here for years, and the owner is fantastic. He is super professional, and does an outstanding job cleaning our clothes (even taking it upon himself to remove really stubborn stains without my even mentioning them). My husband didn’t need work shirts during Covid, so we didn’t go to the cleaners for almost a year, and the owner was visibly concerned when we returned that we were ok and hadn’t been sick. He seems like an extremely hard worker, and we have always been thrilled with our clothes. Highly recommend!!!
