Larry Williams came to fix our wash machine today. He was very professional, personable and punctual. You can tell Larry knows what he is doing. He has 45 years experience. Larry ran some diagnostics and discovered the issue. He quickly fixed it and was on his way. The fix was covered under warranty. Larry even gave me helpful, practical tips on doing laundry. Thank you Larry.
Trina at Brand Source went the extra mile - well several extra miles actually - to help us resolve a gnarly problem. We just took delivery of a brand new KitchenAid refrigerator yesterday from Appliance Factory as part of a larger kitchen remodel. When it arrived, we unpacked it. In doing so, we accidentally removed a styrofoam part that insulates a cold water tank, breaking it in the process. Trina looked at examples of the model in the warehouse, identified the broken part, and placed the order for it. The repair man showed up early which was good. The time involved was less than 20 minutes, new part installed and cleaned the area when her was done! Wery freindly and professional too.
