The clinic has significantly improved, offering a range of services, including walk-in appointments and specialty physicians for cardiology and orthopedics. Patients appreciate the kind and considerate treatment they receive from the moment they enter until they leave. The staff, including Maria, are known for taking their time to listen and provide thorough care, making sure patients get prescriptions and X-rays all in one place. The clinic has now added a pharmacy and an X-ray technician, reducing the need to travel to another town for these services. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended for its outstanding care, friendly staff, and strong commitment to the community.
Without Dr Stephen's and the rest of the clinic staff I would not be here today. 5 years ago I came to the clinic with stroke like symptoms. I was immediately sent to Pueblo by ambulance. Dr. Stephens ordered a CT scan of my brain. I won't say the staff in Pueblo were as attendive but reluctantly they did do the CT scan. To the shock of the medical staff a brain tumor was found. I was air lifted to Denver for emergency surgery. I'm here because of Dr Stephen's quick action. I thank my lucky stars everyday for the clinic and staff.

I'm very happy with the service provided by the doctors, nurses and the administrative staff at Custer County Health Clinic. It's wonderful to get the care I need at our local clinic. I've seen Maria Shy several times and I think she is incredible as she always gives me the time needed to diagnose my problems. We have a pharmacy now and an Xray technician which cuts down on having to go to another town to pick up an RX or get an Xray.
