This gym is clean, well managed, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Never too crowded so I feel like I can breathe and do the workouts I want without having to spend any time waiting for equipment. Great place to workout!!

This gym is the best! If I was closer I’d be here everyday. The owners are amazing people, great values and treat people with such kindness. Thankful to have such a great gym when I’m in the area!

Such a great environment! All the machines and every area is very clean and organized, the staff and members are all so friendly and helpful! It’s super motivating to be here! I’ve been a member of several gyms and Fitness1 is by far my favorite. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone!
