The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind to us. They went above and beyond to help us, and I am so thankful for them. The room was very clean, and the bed and couch were comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and kept things very clean. We had car troubles, and the bus service was awesome for getting around while our car was getting fixed.

For the price, this place is amazing. Best stocked kitchen I have EVER found. Then whole list of extras you can get from reception - my son got a muffin tray and made muffins every second night. Great pool, soa and sauna. Very comfortable beds. Wow, just wow

The staff here is amazing! Carol, Hector, George and Jose, were sooo great and helpful! The room was comfortable and spacious and the location is very prime! They have a shuttle that makes it super helpful to get around. I will definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and enjoyable. Thank you Vail Run for making our trip so easy!
