My family and I had the most amazing time at the spa over Thanksgiving. Our services were amazing, facials, massages, and nails, I would come back to Vail just to go to the spa. Thank you.

The spa is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this relaxing spot for anyone looking for top-notch service in a serene environment!

Me and my mom went here for a girls day. Wonderful resort. Some of the best massages we ever had. Lots of amenities.The only thing I’d say about this place is they need better front desk staff. When we originally called to book the massages the lady was rude and annoyed when we were asking questions.We also had a 10am massage. They told us numerous times to be there 15 min early. And they didn’t open the doors until 10am… nobody was there to let us in early. If we had a 11am massage it would have been a different experience. The resort needs better planning & preparation on that.Other than that - we will be back. And everyone besides the front desk staff went above...read full review
