Andrew helped me today and was super knowledgeable. Went in for replacement filters but just from looking at my serial number he knew the model, year, and all sorts of maintenance tips. I left very impressed.
Wow! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had an issue with our tub and Casey sent out a service tech the same day and got everything setup so that we could use the tub at our new house ASAP! Highly recommend this team for repair and service
