Chelsa did magic on my hair, she is definitely a master stylist! Was extremely pleased with my halo highlights and cut. She did EXACTLY what I wanted. It’s been forever since I’ve had haircut that I loved. She even styled my hair beautifully after. I usually bring a hair tie for after because I don’t like the way some salons have styled my hair in the past, but she nailed it. Thank you for your expertise, Chelsa!Services: Haircut
