Our home was nearly a year old and the warranty expires then so we had Chad do an 11-month home inspection for us. Chad found several issues and we had them resolved by the home builder, covered by warranty. Thank you and I hope others will be encouraged to use your great service! Joe Shray.
Chad was very responsive and willing to quickly respond to us and meet our demanding schedule. His inspection was thorough and complete. We would highly recommend him to others who need a property inspection.
