Scott has done multiple projects on our home. All were completed within the scheduled time frame with great results. Scott is excellent with communication and a pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond to make every job as stress-free and straightforward as possible.
Scott added a number of events to our roof.- Roof vents and a gable vent and two vents in our eaves. Scott was very responsive since we needed to reschedule the job a few times. But he kept me informed along the way. He also checked the shingles on the roof to be sure they weren’t part of a recall and they were not. He also offered to sign a certificate that we had a level four roof if I needed it for our insurance. I trusted Scott and would recommend him.
Zick Construction was able to help us out very quickly with some much needed soffit vents and an additional attic vent. The owner, Scott Zick, was fantastic about working with our HVAC company and an existing whole house fan situation. We really appreciate Zick Construction's assistance to help keep our house nice and cool!
