The staff, including Tanya and Michelle, are excellent, helpful, and provide spectacular attention, even for those who don't speak English. Customers appreciate the friendly and nice service they receive, and they won't go anywhere else because of the great experience.
I was there for a eye check up michelle and tania are friendly and professional. They answer all my questions I had. The vision center is clean and tidy. I would recommend anyone to come for a eye appointment. I even got my glasses at a great price. So I am very excited.

She was sooo pleasant and a good listener conveyed all my conversation to the Dr and it went smooth! Michelle works in the front area.. She’s a keeper ask for her!
I have been using the Grant St., Thornton, vision services for years now. Initially, I thought, "oh boy...low cost, low service".But, I could not have been more wrong!The optician has 'many' years of experience, is completely knowledgeable, thorough and kind. The women in the glasses area are great...although I limit myself to Tanya. Tanya 'really' knows her stuff! Her experience & thoroughness means I'm 100% sure my glasses meet my needs.
